Zack

Managing Partner

Zack’s career has been shaped by service, leadership, and solving difficult problems. His experience spans fire and emergency medical services, higher education, healthcare simulation and medical education, organizational leadership, and more than a decade of elected municipal service. He holds an MBA, a bachelor’s degree in management and finance, and an associate degree in Emergency Medical Services, and holds national credentials in paramedicine and healthcare simulation operations.

Chelsea

Managing Partner

Chelsea brings experience across education, health, communications, and community-focused program development. Her work includes higher education, health-literacy curriculum, public information and organizational communications, and workforce development. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and an undergraduate degree in Health, is completing doctoral work in literacy, and holds credentials in health education and teaching.
